As a mother of four daughters, two of whom are living with sickle cell disease, Pamela has developed an extraordinary capacity for managing complex health and wellness needs. Her experience in caring for her children has equipped her with the resilience, patience, and empathy that make her exceptionally suited to dealing with the diverse challenges faced by communities. Pamela’s hands-on role means she will be on the ground, conducting wellness checks, making school visits, and engaging directly with individuals and families. Her deep understanding of healthcare management and personal experience with long-term care give her a unique ability to connect with others, particularly in addressing health concerns and advocating for the well-being of vulnerable community members. Beyond her caregiving role, Pamela also has a strong background in logistics and building management. She has supervised and run her family’s rental properties and assisted in the family-owned logistics business, giving her a practical understanding of operations and project management. This expertise complements her role at SendJaote, where she oversees community outreach, wellness programs, and service delivery with a hands-on approach. Trained as an HTS counselor and in community health and development, Pamela is passionate about advocating for individuals and communities. She actively discusses health concerns, provides informal counseling, and offers compassionate support to both the elderly and adolescents. With seven years of experience working with Read Across Africa, she has fostered a culture of reading and learning while engaging with youth and adolescents in meaningful ways. Pamela's empathy, leadership, and hands-on approach make her a trusted figure in the community, ensuring that SendJaote remains deeply rooted in its mission to provide professional, personalized services. As the Operation and Creative Director, and a founding partner at SendJaote, Elizabeth Ouko plays a key role in both the creative and operational sides of the business. A fashion and design student at the Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology, she brings her artistic flair and free spirit to develop and enhance SendJaote’s brand identity. On the individual services side, Elizabeth manages and coordinates offerings such as verification services, school fees payments, property inspections, relative wellness checks, and more, ensuring these services run smoothly and meet the needs of clients. Her keen eye for design influences how these services are marketed, including tailoring, rental advertisements, and detergent sales, presenting them in a professional and appealing manner. Elizabeth also directs creative initiatives like designing branded materials and overseeing event coordination for SendJaote. Her blend of operational insight and creative vision ensures that the company maintains a high standard in delivering personal and corporate services alike, fostering trust and engagement with clients.

Isabel Ouko graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Data Science from Kennesaw State University, located in Atlanta, Georgia. With over four years of experience in logistics operations, she brings both analytical and practical expertise to SendJaote. Her background in data science enables her to apply advanced research and data analysis skills to provide comprehensive services for our corporate clients, including NGOs, corporations, and academic institutions. Isabel oversees tasks such as research, data collection, document handling, project monitoring, and community engagement, particularly in Kisumu and rural areas, while also serving as the USA liaison for SendJaote. In addition to her academic achievements, Isabel also studied for her private pilot license at the Kenya School of Flying and plans to continue her aviation journey. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and taking walks. SendJaote is her next adventure, where she combines her technical skills and passion for service to ensure that our clients receive top-notch, professional support—no matter their location.
